Our corporate agreements are based on our Best Available Rate (BAR), the lowest rate available at the hotel at any given time and a rate which varies depending on the number of rooms the hotel has available. |

For companies with a significant number of bookings with Sol Meliá or with specific hotels, Sol Meliá can offer special rates based on an expected number of hotel stays. Using their Access code, these companies can book their specially negotiated rates through their normal booking channels and also get access to the different special offers that hotels may have. In this way Sol Meliá protects your company by guaranteeing that the rate paid will never be higher and may often be lower than the negotiated rate.
Depending on the agreement with your company, we may also guarantee that you always get a room provided the hotel has a room available without having to set up a maximum allotment of rooms.
